  • Lead system configuration, releases, and optimization, including Workday’s twice-yearly releases, testing, change management, and communications.

  • Partner with IT, Finance, Security, and Legal on integrations, data privacy, access controls, audit readiness, and SOX or other compliance requirements.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and performance, and evaluate new tools in the HR tech ecosystem.

  • Drive adoption and user experience improvements through automation, self-service, and process simplification.

  • Establish a single source of truth for People data, with clear definitions, data quality standards, and governance.

  • Deliver dashboards and executive-level reporting that translate data into actionable insights for the CPO, executive team, and Board.

  • Develop predictive and advanced analytics capabilities, such as retention risk and workforce modeling, as the organization matures.

  • People Operations

  • Oversee core People Ops processes: onboarding and offboarding, employee lifecycle transactions, HR data administration, employment verification, immigration and mobility support (as applicable), and policy administration.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international employment regulations and reporting requirements.

  • Define and monitor service levels, case management, and continuous improvement for the People service model.

  • Standardize and scale processes to support growth, acquisitions, and organizational change.

  • Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team across systems, analytics, and operations.

  • Serve as a member of the People leadership team, contributing to enterprise People strategy, planning, and budgeting.

  • Build strong partnerships across the People Team and other Corporate functions.
