Job Summary
The Sr Director, Chief of Staff, will be a vital member of Optimum Consumer Services leadership team, reporting directly to the President, EVP of Consumer Services . This role will provide strategic partnership to the leadership team, ensuring smooth connectivity and seamless execution of initiatives. Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic point person for the EVP, coordinating special projects and initiatives across teams to ensure preparedness and flawless execution.
Develop a centralized system to track all projects, timelines, and progress related to consumer sales and marketing initiatives.
Own the strategic planning calendar for the department, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Lead the coordination of strategy sessions, operational reviews, and internal communications, partnering with the Communications team to ensure unified messaging.
Develop content and agendas for key meetings, ensuring all materials are cohesive and comprehensive.
Facilitating preparation sessions with team leads to ensure readiness for presentations and discussions.
Track action items and key deliverables, providing timely recaps that highlight risks, issues, and areas requiring resolution.
Establish a regular cadence for leadership discussions, fostering strategic collaboration and cascading key information to respective teams.
Create a sense of community and cohesion across the leadership team, promoting collaboration and shared goals.
Leverage a deep understanding of departmental interdependencies to drive progress and support change initiatives.
Assist the leadership team in monitoring customer experience and employee engagement metrics, ensuring relevant information is captured and tracked.
Stay informed on matters requiring leadership approval, collaborating with finance and HR as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
8+of experience as a Chief of Staff or similar strategic role within a large, complex organization.
Strong project management and operational expertise, with a proven ability to manage change effectively.
Experience in telecom, media, or technology sectors is preferred.
Comprehensive P&L and business acumen, with a track record of achieving results.
Diplomatic and collaborative approach, adept at engaging with all levels of the organization while maintaining focus on enterprise priorities.
Ability to build trust quickly and handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience in leading and coaching dispersed teams.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing pressures and timelines.
High integrity and strong instincts for escalation and resolution of critical issues.
Proficient in planning methodologies and tracking tools.
Proactive, accountable, and able to hold others accountable for performance.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Based in LIC with an estimated 25% travel requirement; committed to advancing the Altice mission.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $161,186.00 - $230,265.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
