Overview
Our team is looking for a skilled, passionate, and strategically-minded creative / designer to help elevate the performance marketing output in our rapidly expanding EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to get in early and make a direct impact on the success and revenue of a multibillion-dollar global tech brand.
As a key player on this dynamic, fast-growing team, you’ll be crafting compelling, effective, high-quality performance marketing content that’ll be seen by millions, leaving your mark on every nearly creative asset produced in your region. You’ll be instrumental in supporting multi-platform marketing campaigns, collaborating across Creative, Product Marketing, Content, and Growth teams. The ideal candidate is a natural born creative problem solver with the ability to execute an idea with quick, refined results. Equal parts rock-solid design foundation and curious solution seeker.
Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with the EMEA Performance Marketing team and AMER Creative leadership,
you’ll be a hands-on maker & creator of the content that drives Verkada’s European growth. - Conceptualize, design, create, and localize assets (both static and video) for performance marketing,
including paid media, social, event promotion, and CRM. - Contribute to growth marketing strategies and support real-time experimentation based on performance metrics.
- Serve as the main contact for design and creative assets for the European market.
- Ensure brand consistency across the region, from sales and marketing materials to social media content.
- Work with agencies or the AMER creative team to develop the creation of regional video case study assets that enhance our storytelling in each country.
Qualifications
- 5-12 years of experience in visual design/creative roles within a Performance or Growth Marketing environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong multidisciplinary design and creative problem-solving skills.
- You’re a design machine, able to ‘make assets work’ through clever photo manipulation and a crafty spirit.
- Curious, critical thinker with an eye for compelling communication.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability and mindset to create, iterate, and help strategize on performance-based results.
