Job Description
As a Sr. Consultant in Value Excellence, you will support the design and development of ServiceNow's value-driven approach to Solutions and Industry strategy. This role is pivotal in contributing to a comprehensive, multi-purpose value proposition that supports ServiceNow's AI Go-To-Market initiatives. You will collaborate with large, cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver frameworks, content, and models that help customers forecast and maximize business value.
What you get to do in this role:
- Develop and maintain value-based models which articulate the business value of ServiceNow products across all relevant functions and industries
- Support ServiceNow's Go to Market strategy: engagement process, service offerings, value content design, tools, etc.
- Ad-hoc contribution to key enterprise-wide initiatives
- Collaborate with numerous cross functional teams comprised of product management, marketing, sales, solution consulting, value consulting, etc.
- Build rapport, present to, and work with stakeholders at various levels of the organization including sales, product, and post-sales leadership
- Interaction with customers is possible (but not required), and occasional international travel
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategy / technology consulting, or experience in finance (i.e. investment banking)
- Comfortable working with numbers. Strong grasp of accounting & finance concepts. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling
- A bachelor's degree in Business or an MBA (or another related field / equivalent professional experience)
- Familiarity with large, complex, cross functional organizations.
- Attention to detail is a must, with the ability to think strategically when required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to successfully collaborate with talented and opinionated peers
- Enterprise software experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and the desire to drive improvement
- The ability to ramp up quickly coupled with confidence managing numerous unrelated projects in parallel
