Assisting candidate on their on-boarding joining formalities.
Assisting candidates in whole process of their recruitment, starting from a candidate’s lineup till they joined.
Day to day productivity reporting to Manager with daily report & daily performance report.
Skills Required
- Source candidates through online channels (social media, professional networks)
- Plan and conduct screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information and resumes using Applicant Tracking System
- Generate offer letters through Quess Paperless onboarding portal
- Assist candidates with onboarding and joining formalities
- Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process from lineup to joining
- Provide daily productivity and performance reports to Manager
