The Sr. Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that build & enrich product portfolio, drive demand generation, accelerate pipeline growth, expand partner engagement and manage profitable growth.
Responsibilities

- Channel Partner Excellence
- Localizing and executing channel partner programs, enhancing partner capabilities, engagement, and business performance.
- Recruiting and developing new channel partners to expand market coverage and drive sustainable business growth.
- Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives (MDF) with channel partners to strengthen brand awareness in the market, promote solutions, and expand new business opportunities.
- Develop partner enablement programs including training, co-marketing, and content.
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Development
- Lead branding and solution promotion strategies in target markets to enhance market awareness, create customer engagement, and drive the expansion of business opportunities and pipeline growth.
- Plan & execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Drive marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and support pipeline acceleration.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Product Portfolio Management & Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution
- Orchestrate the local launch of global products with relevant teams to ensure on-time release, including completion of required localization and certification.
- Leading global and regional GTM strategies for new product introductions (NPI).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
- Enable partners with tools, content and campaigns for market activation.
- Market Insights, Strategic Planning and Profit Management
- Conduct market research and analysis to define the market size (TAM/SAM), identify priority verticals, and develop and execute market positioning strategies for target segments.
- Analyze business data and market trends to generate insights, evaluate their potential impact on the business, and communicate findings to enable proactive actions.
- Provide insights to refine marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Implement pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability to drive revenue and margin growth.
Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in marketing in the industrial B2B field
- Experience working in a global or matrix organization (MNCs)
- Strong understanding & experience of demand generation and channel partner engagement
- Expertise in orchestrating the end-to-end process of new product planning, development, and launch
- Understanding business including financial, Profit & Loss (P&L) structure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Language: Fluent in Korean and business level English. No barrier to communicate with global people in English (Reading, Writing and Communication)
- No barrier for international travel

- Experience in industrial, technology, or building solutions sectors
- Background as an in-house, full-spectrum marketer at a manufacturing company
- Field experience at Fire Alarm Solution
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI), MS Office and AI tools
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability and data-driven decision-making
