The Senior Category Manager is responsible for leading strategic and operational procurement activities for assigned non‑IT categories across APAC, INDIA, and EMEA. Operating within a global procurement model, this role translates global category strategies into effective regional execution while driving cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities Category Strategy & Regional Execution- Lead the execution of global non‑IT category strategies for APAC, INDIA, and EMEA, ensuring alignment with regional business requirements.
- Develop regional sourcing plans that leverage global scale while addressing local market dynamics, regulations, and demand.
- Drive sourcing activities including spend analysis, RFx events, negotiations, and recommendation of sourcing awards.
- Act as the primary procurement partner for regional business stakeholders across APAC and EMEA.
- Collaborate closely with global category leadership to ensure consistency in approach, governance, and supplier strategy.
- Manage stakeholder expectations related to cost, service levels, delivery timelines, and risk.
