About the role:

You are both technical savvy and have some experience of the corporate banking business needs?

Within our Bank Formats team, you will be tasked to help our business leverage the interfaces that global banks offer their customers. 

Whatever the communication channel used (SWIFT, EBICS, Direct FTP connection, or even newer APIs), the Kyriba data and concepts have to be mapped to those of the bank, for the interface to run efficiently.

You are responsible for helping us connect as many banking services as possible, as Kyriba aims at doubling the number of banks currently connected to its banking network, going from 500 banks worldwide to 1000 within 3 years.

The Bank Connectivity covers several business domains, the main 2 being:

• Bank reporting (bank statements, balances, operation), for our Treasury pillar

• Payment instructions (credit transfers, direct debit), for our Payments pillar

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Analyze bank specifications in detail, both in technical and functional terms

• Participate to specifications and all project steps

• Communicate closely with the Services organization (Consultants, Support) in Warsaw to assist them with all bank formats related issues

• Build the consultant/partner/customer documentation so they can use our Bank Formats

• Act as a Product Manager, liaising with other functions and departments (Marketing, Pre-Sales…) to help describe our Products and share knowledge

Education, Experience & Skills:

• Experience building interfaces, using different formats (flat files, XML, JSON…)

• Experience in QA

• An experience in the banking/payments industry is more than welcome

• Experience with data mapping/conversion tools

• Excellent presentation skills and comfort presenting complex information to senior leadership

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, in English

• High attention to detail and visual presentation

• Some past experience with programming, or a scripting language is welcome (though no programming will be required for this specific role)
