Currently we are looking for a Senior Business/System Analyst:
- Freelance assignment: full-time, B2B contract.
- Salary range: from 95 PLN/h
- Working Hours: CET
- Start date: around mid July 2026
- Project duration: long term cooperation, first contract for 6 months
- Location: Remote (based in European Union)
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in UML and BPMN for process and system modeling.
- Experience with API contracts and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka).
- Strong data modeling skills, including conceptual and logical data models.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English level: C1.
Nice to have:
- Experience in medtech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare detailed specifications.
- Design system integrations and support integration-related initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, providing technical analysis and clarifications throughout the delivery.process.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements.

- Strong, at least 4+ years of experience as a business analyst
- Experience as BA in Guidewire CC/BC/PC implementation project
- Experience in claims data migration
- Experience in integration with internal and external systems
- Experience in FNOL, reserves and exposure analysis
- Fluent English (B2/C1+) language skills
