Sr Business Operations Analyst - (Sales Enablement/content creation)

What's the role?

As a Senior Business Operation Analyst (Sales Enablement) You responsibilities include:

• Manage Highspot to ensure content is organized and accessible.
• Develop and maintain enablement materials such as playbooks, training videos, and presentations.
• Facilitate onboarding and training programs for smooth knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with sales strategies.
• Monitor engagement and effectiveness, using data to drive improvements.
• Coordinate large-scale initiatives like sales kickoffs and product launch training.
• Support internal communication and maintain an up-to-date content repository.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement.

Who are you?

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or related roles.
• Proficiency in tools like Highspot, Synthesia, Camtasia, and Canva.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with instructional design and eLearning development.
• Familiarity with content creation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Video editing experience (Camtasia, Synthesia).
