As the Lead Solutions Architect, Business Systems, you will lead the creation and execution of Salesforce strategies to address intricate business challenges. - Strategic Solution Design: Transform high-level business requirements into comprehensive end-to-end technical architectures that align with business outcomes.
- Decision Articulation: Present multiple architectural options to stakeholders, clearly outlining the pros, cons, and long-term implications of each to drive informed decision-making.
- Technical Stewardship: Champion a "configuration-first" approach to minimize custom code and technical debt, ensuring the environment remains agile and maintainable.
- Customization and Configuration: Be a hands on architect customizing and configuring Salesforce applications and integrations to meet specific business needs as needed.

What You Will Bring to Coupa
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Deep Platform Expertise: 10+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, atleast 4+ years as a Salesforce Solution architect with a proven track record of architecting solutions that span multiple clouds (Sales, Service, and Experience).
- CPQ: Hands-on experience with at least two enterprise-level Salesforce CPQ implementations. You understand the nuances of Price Rules, Product Rules, and Quote Line Editor customizations.
- Systemic Thinking: An "Architect’s Mindset"—the ability to see how a change in a Service Cloud workflow might impact a Sales Cloud opportunity or a Partner portal view.
- Technical Skillset: Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, Apex, and LWC, alongside a strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and Shield.
- AI & Data: Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot/Agents. Experience with data migrations into and out of Salesforce.
