The Sr Business Analyst centralize efforts for the structured creation of efficient digital solutions, reducing manual and repetitive tasks, and adding value to processes within LOM.

Core Responsibilities

  • Solution Development: Translate client requirements into feasible digital solutions and design advanced processes.
  • Process Documentation: Create detailed process flows and document training for new solutions.
  • Optimization: Identify and address risks in existing solutions, implement improvements.
  • Best Practices: Share and implement business intelligence practices across sites.
  • Skill Enhancement: Develop competencies in digital tools and uphold Global Digital Governance principles.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Industrial background: Proven expertise in an industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools: Skilled in Power BI (including DAX), Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
  • Programming Skills: Expertise in Python or Visual Basic for automation, data analysis, and workflow optimization.
  • Data Management: Experience with large datasets and databases; SQL knowledge preferred.
  • ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Communication and Storytelling: Exceptional skills in data-driven storytelling to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on end-to-end perspectives and solutions.
  • Advanced communication skills: Both in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas.
