  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Experience working in international, distributed teams, particularly with US-based colleagues.

  • A mindset focused on automation and continuous process improvements for scalability.
  • Proactive identification of issues with independently proposed solutions.
  • Comfort operating autonomously with minimal supervision across multiple projects.
  • Growth-oriented, motivated by dynamic learning opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to process large data volumes quickly and accurately, with thorough self-review of work.
Engagement & Contract Terms
  • This position is offered as a contractor role under a Polish B2B (business-to-business) agreement, fully compliant with Polish civil law.
  • This is not an employment contract. The contractor is responsible for their own tax, social security (ZUS), and other statutory contributions in Poland.
  • The contract is for a fixed term of 24 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion based on business needs and mutual agreement.
  • Compensation will be paid based on monthly invoices, with standard payment terms (Net 30).
  • The role is fully remote, with flexible working hours focused on agreed deliverables and outcomes.
  • The contractor is responsible for managing their own work schedule to meet project goals.
  • No employee benefits (paid leave, sick leave, health insurance, pension contributions) are provided by OpenSpace; all such obligations rest with the contractor.
  • Expected commitment is approximately full-time (about 40 hours/week), with scheduling flexibility.
