  • Review delivery progress, upcoming milestones, risks, and dependencies and help remove obstacles that could impact execution.
  • Balance new capabilities and modernization priorities with technical debt, operational needs, and cloud governance requirements.
  • Provide program and government leadership with clear updates on progress, priorities, risks, and key decisions.
  • Continuously evaluate the roadmap to ensure the team is delivering the highest-value capabilities for the mission.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Demonstrated experience owning and prioritizing a technical product backlog, including developing epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including core concepts across compute, storage, networking, identity/IAM, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience working directly with cloud engineers, architects, DevOps, and cybersecurity teams.
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and release planning.
  • Experience translating business, mission, and technical requirements into executable cloud work.
  • Understanding of federal IT delivery and cybersecurity requirements, including ATO and continuous monitoring processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to brief both technical teams and government/program leadership.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.
