Position Responsibilities:
担当地域における量販店、ドラッグストア、ホームセンター本部との商談活動
- 担当顧客の売上拡大に貢献する販売計画を立案する
- 市況等のデータ分析をもとに、効果的な店頭販売計画を提案する
- 担当顧客と協働のもと、販売戦略の立案と合意を目的とした会議を実施、運営する
- 本部商談での合意事項に沿った企画を、販売店舗において実行、進捗の管理をおこなう
- 営業活動に係る経費削減策を履行する
担当顧客販売店舗へのルートセールス活動
- 商圏、競合、売上状況等のデータ分析をもとに、店舗ごとに効果的な販売提案活動をおこなう
- 地理や移動時間を考慮した効率的な営業活動計画を日々立案、実行に移す
- 消費者にとって魅力的な売り場レイアウトを実現する
- 店舗担当者／責任者と良好な関係を構築する
卸商社への販売促進活動
- 売上増大に寄与する新製品説明会、販売戦略会議を実施、運営する
- 卸に対する販売促進に関する効果効率的な計画を立案、実施する
- 卸店担当営業と協働し、顧客本部責任者への営業活動を進める
営業部主宰の定期会議ならびに能力開発研修への参加
- 所属グループや営業部門全体に影響を及ぼす情報の共有や施策の提言をおこなう
Required skills / Experience / Competencies:
- 大学卒業以上の方
- 第一種普通自動車運転免許
- 完全直行直帰の営業活動や全国各地への転勤をいとわないこと
- 営業経験3年以上
- PCスキル：マイクロソフトオフィスの実務上の使用経験（ExcelおよびPowerPointスキル必須)

就業時間： みなし労働（基本平日9:00～17:30）
