Responsibilities• Proactive communication with client, ensuring all client requirements are met and reports are submitted on time
• Ensuring all the key metrices are met including productivity, utilization, quality score, attendance, adherence to timelines
• Management Reporting: - Reports required by management relating to performance, costs, efficiency, utilization are shared with stake holders on time
• Liaison with other teams/departments
Qualifications• Any graduate/Postgraduate with 2 years of experience in LPO/Legal Services.
Skills Required
- 2 years of experience in LPO or Legal Services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge in Excel
- Ability to adapt to process changes and manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail and decision-making ability
- Experience in Data Breach Response or Incident Response is preferred
