As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate within Digital Analytics team, you will be responsible for digital behavioral and performance data, experimentation, and emerging AI capabilities to improve how we measure customer journeys, identify performance drivers, and communicate actionable insights to senior leaders. You'll need to be a strategic and analytical thinker who can become a trusted advisor in the Digital Analytics space. Just as importantly, you'll bring intellectual curiosity, strong ownership, and the judgment to define and defend the correct answer to a business question. You’ll be joining a pivotal, cross-functional team that measures and understands Chase’s digital customer journeys and channel performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Partnering with digital product, technology, and analytics teams across the organization to improve how digital performance and customer journeys are measured, including data quality, key performance indicators, methodologies, and governance
- Building AI-enabled solutions that identify meaningful changes in business performance and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders without creating unnecessary noise
- Translating business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations
- Building credibility with stakeholders through clear communication, sound analysis, and practical solutions
- Taking ownership of projects and processes from problem definition through implementation
- Collaborating with peers to maintain high standards of quality and analytical rigor
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in an analytical field, data bootcamp certification, or equivalent experience in analytics, consulting, modeling, or business analysis
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role that proactively supported data-driven decision-making
- Experience with analytical tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, regression analysis, visualization tools)
- Meaningful experimentation with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies) and an eagerness to continue learning as capabilities evolve
- Strong analytical judgment, including the ability to distinguish meaningful business signals from normal variation and communicate insights with appropriate context
- Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to validate results and identify flaws in analyses, datasets, or AI-generated outputs
- Ability to frame business problems as testable hypotheses and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
