Propose maintenance contracts, repair and upgrade solutions, handle proposals, negotiations, estimates, inspection reports, and credit/prospect management. Coordinate with internal service and installation engineers to deliver high-quality solutions to factories, hospitals, commercial and public facilities, schools, office buildings, and data centers.

Leads engineer-to-order product programs from planning through mass production, including order target setting, KPI development, sales coordination, investment planning, customer negotiations, co-creation initiatives, market requirements, and engineering support. Manages the sales and planning team while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to commercialize customized products.
