The Engineer, Production is responsible for improving productivity, monitoring calibration, training staff, and ensuring compliance with quality and EHS standards while managing various production-related tasks.

Use HVAC field knowledge to analyze and distribute equipment, work, and operation data. Identify customer issues and propose service, maintenance, energy-saving, and automation improvements. Define requirements and coordinate analytics/tool development with vendors and internal teams. Support analytics tool improvement and develop into a future analysis manager.
