Analyst, Supply Planning

Job Summary:

As the Analyst, Supply Planning, you will govern overall planning activities of finished goods, ensure optimal supply plan that will meet Customer Service, Inventory and Cost. This team supports the cluster priorities and strategies related to finished goods, in line with the company’s goal in driving competitive advantage and business growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute core supply planning process 
• Handle exceptions of SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) to ensure they are in control
• Provide weekly replenishment plan to the Production Scheduler/3PM (3rd Party Contract Manufacturer)
• Place Purchase Orders with 3PM and fix planned orders (In-house)
• Develop a practical 13-week production plan which meets customer service and inventory SLA’s agreed (Service Level Agreement) with Planning Manager, recommending solutions to mitigate any impact if required
• Develop a feasible 24-month rough-cut capacity plan to support S&OP (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Maintain system parameters and ensure accuracy of FG Planning attributes
• Interact with relevant Stakeholders (3PMs, Demand Planners, Project Managers, Procurement etc.)

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any business-related course
• At least 3 years of experience working in Supply or Demand planning is required
• Good understanding of end-to-end planning processes
• Good knowledge of inventory policies and methodologies
• System Knowledge [Microsoft Office esp. Excel – Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc]

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies: 

• System Knowledge [SAP – ECC/APO]
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• With process-improvement mindset

Job Requirements:

• Full-time employment
• Onsite setup; 1 day remote per week upon regularization
• Work Hours: 8:00AM or 9:00AM to 5:00PM or 6:00PM (Mondays to Fridays)
• Overtime might be required depending on the critical deliverables
