ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Analyst, Supply Planning (New Product Development) plays a key role in enabling successful new product launches and transitions by ensuring end‑to‑end supply readiness. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to plan, coordinate, and govern supply planning activities from project kick‑off through launch and handover. The NPD Planner supports cluster priorities by proactively managing timelines, inventory, and supply risks—helping drive business growth and competitive advantage through disciplined planning execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Represent Supply Planning in New Product Development and transition project meetings, from kick‑off through launch.
Govern planning activities for new products, transitions, and special packs to ensure key milestones and launch timelines are met.
Review inventory run‑down plans for transitioning codes and recommend actions to minimize write‑off risks.
Ensure accurate forecast flow into the Supply Planning system aligned with approved project volumes and launch dates.
Manage the handover of NPD and transition codes to Supply Planners, ensuring clarity and readiness.
Partner with Supply Planners to support order placement based on agreed lead times and volume parameters.
Monitor post‑PO activities and ensure First Arrival Dates (FAD) are achieved.
Identify supply risks, escalate issues to stakeholders, and support mitigation planning to meet project objectives.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply planning or a similar function.
No professional license required.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES
Experience working in a multinational or multicultural environment.
End‑to‑end understanding of supply chain and planning processes.
Knowledge of inventory policies, methodologies, and trade‑offs.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Working knowledge of SAP (ECC & APO), particularly master data management.
Exposure to or experience in New Product Development (NPD) processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Onsite work setup; once a week work-from-home after three months
