Job Description
The Operations Senior Analyst, Risk Solution Services will support the evaluation, design and implementation of our next-generation data services, delivering automated data decisions across the RaIS risk product platforms for our clients and internal Visa consultants. This position will explore data solutions and tools such as Generative AI, chatbots, and predictive models to achieve optimization of performance across Visa’s risk platforms. This will include working closely with Visa stakeholders across RaIS, IT, and other departments.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s or an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Strong understanding of machine learning, predictive modeling, and AI
- Advanced data visualization experience, preferably using Tableau or PowerBI
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Collaborating on and with enterprise-wide products, projects, and programs
- Deriving insights and action items through analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office)
- Exceptional presentation, consultative, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Payment industry experience preferred
- Big data and advanced language experience preferred (AWS, Hadoop, Data Bricks, Python, Spark)
- Deep learning, graph learning, neural networks, LLM and Gen-AI exposure
