The Senior Analyst, Operations Analytics plays a vital role in enhancing the guest experience and operational efficiency by analyzing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement across our restaurant operations. This role is responsible for building dashboards, generating insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to support the implementation of data-driven strategies that optimize restaurant performance. The Senior Analyst will work closely with various departments, including Marketing, Digital, Finance, and Operations, to ensure insights are actionable and align with business objectives.

This position is based in Miami, FL and is in the office 5 days a week

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyze key performance metrics such as Guest Satisfaction, Speed of Service, Brand Audits, and Training Completions to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to address underperformance and recommend strategic actions.
  • Use guest feedback and other data sources to drive continuous improvement in guest experience and operational performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools (primarily using Tableau) that enable stakeholders to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports on metrics such as drive-thru utilization, hours of operation, and guest satisfaction, sharing insights with leadership and field teams.
  • Partner with teams across Operations, Marketing, Digital, Finance, and Training to share insights and support initiatives aimed at improving operational standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including franchisee partners, to gather feedback and support execution on key projects.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational strategies based on insights and performance data.
  • Ensure data accuracy by working closely with the RBI data team, verifying the quality of data from various sources.
  • Manage ongoing data requests and strategy expansions to incorporate new data sources and feedback.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives, creating presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Lead analysis on test markets and other initiatives to assess impact on operational metrics and inform future decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical role in operations, marketing, or financial analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong skills in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; knowledge of Snowflake and Alteryx is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Passion for enhancing the guest experience and knowledge of QSR industry metrics.
