The Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Senior SRE) ensures Honeywell’s production systems are reliable, scalable, and secure. - Observability & Monitoring: Enhance logging, metrics, and tracing to support proactive detection and resolution of issues.
- Incident Response: Participate in on‑call rotations, troubleshoot production issues, and conduct postmortems.
- AI/ML Support: Assist in operationalizing ML models, ensuring reliability of AI‑driven services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to embed reliability practices early in the lifecycle.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 9-12 years in software engineering, operations, or SRE roles. Hands‑on experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services (Azure preferred).
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Programming skills in Python or Go
- Exposure to MLOps practices and AI/ML workloads is a plus.
