Full-Stack Developer – Senior Advanced Software Engineer: 8–12 years of experience
Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Advanced Software Engineer with strong full-stack development experience to design, build, test, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in backend services, frontend development, database design, unit testing, version control, and agile delivery practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain full-stack applications using modern engineering practices.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using .NET Core and WebAPI.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components using Angular, HTML5, CSS, SASS/LESS, and JavaScript.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design discussions, estimation, development, code reviews, and deployment activities.
- Perform unit testing, support integration testing, and help resolve defects across development and production environments.
- Use Git/Bitbucket and DevOps tools for source control, build, release, and deployment activities.
- Follow agile development practices and contribute actively to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Continuously improve application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
You Must Have
- 8–12 years of professional software development experience in full-stack web application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, .NET Core, WebAPI, Angular, HTML5, CSS, SASS/LESS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization basics.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development practices.
- Experience using Git/Bitbucket and working with CI/CD or DevOps toolsets.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide practical, maintainable solutions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and mentor junior team members when required.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure
- Exposure to microservices architecture, containerization, or distributed application design.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security fundamentals.
- Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, logging, and production support.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
