Full-Stack Developer – Senior Advanced Software Engineer: 8–12 years of experience

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Advanced Software Engineer with strong full-stack development experience to design, build, test, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in backend services, frontend development, database design, unit testing, version control, and agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain full-stack applications using modern engineering practices.
2. Build scalable backend services and APIs using .NET Core and WebAPI.
3. Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components using Angular, HTML5, CSS, SASS/LESS, and JavaScript.
4. Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
5. Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
6. Participate in requirement analysis, technical design discussions, estimation, development, code reviews, and deployment activities.
7. Perform unit testing, support integration testing, and help resolve defects across development and production environments.
8. Use Git/Bitbucket and DevOps tools for source control, build, release, and deployment activities.
9. Follow agile development practices and contribute actively to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
10. Continuously improve application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.

You Must Have

1. 8–12 years of professional software development experience in full-stack web application development.
2. Strong hands-on experience with SQL, .NET Core, WebAPI, Angular, HTML5, CSS, SASS/LESS, and JavaScript.
3. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
4. Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
5. Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization basics.
6. Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development practices.
7. Experience using Git/Bitbucket and working with CI/CD or DevOps toolsets.
8. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide practical, maintainable solutions.
9. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
10. Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and mentor junior team members when required.

Good to Have

1. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure 
2. Exposure to microservices architecture, containerization, or distributed application design.
3. Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security fundamentals.
4. Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, logging, and production support.
5. Familiarity with Agile at scale, SAFe, or enterprise software delivery models.

Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
2. Relevant experience in enterprise web application development, product development, or platform engineering.
3. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
