Position Summary
The candidate will become a part of the Pvt Placement Inv. operations team, working alongside the Private Bank Loan, TMPG, OD/Claim settlement, and Bank Fees teams. Their duties include handling initial funding for Pvt. Placement and Bank Loan securities, managing internal wire transfers, claims, reimbursements and assisting with daily resolution of trade accrual discrepancies related to loans and corporate bonds. All trades conducted on the same day must be settled and reconciled with the clearing house before the end of the day.
Job Responsibilities
- Candidates will ensure the security & accuracy of wiring instructions by performing callbacks with outside counsel.
- Create fed-wires accurately and timely in banking platforms and Kyriba tool.
- Need to work on cash and positions breaks of Bank Loan/Private securities.
- Cash reconciliation on trades, income, paydown between accounting and banking.
- Coordinate with cash and custodian (Bank) teams for any discrepancies, and with data integrity team to ensure new amendments in attribute of securities or principal/interest are correctly updated in the system.
- Obtaining wire reference numbers upon completion of wires and providing to outside counsel.
- Flexible working on all holidays and shift timings (Night).
- Manage the financial processes and are responsible for meeting all the SLA targets.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to foresee and respond proactively on the floor.
- Providing Stateside partners and leadership team status updates for work progress.
- High energy and resilience level.

Education
MBA Finance/ M. Com/ B. Com
Experience
(In Years)
0-1 years of experience in relevant domain and related profile is required.
Technical Skills
- Should have Finance background.
- Good knowledge of complete MS Office suite
- Microsoft Excel - Vlookup, Hlookup, Index and good with MS Excel formulas
- Analytical and critical thinking, reconciliation and data analysis
