We are seeking an organized, proactive Commercial Executive to join our team. This is a foundational, entry-level role focused on providing vital administrative and operational support to our commercial division. In this position, you will take ownership of contract setups, manage the sales pipeline within Salesforce, and coordinate day-to-day initiatives that sustain our long-lasting industry relationships.

Job Description

  • Contract Administration: Take ownership of the end-to-end setup, preparation, and management of client and renewal contracts, ensuring high attention to detail.

  • Salesforce Coordination: Actively maintain and update the CRM pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring accurate account tracking and data visibility for the commercial team.

  • Commercial Support: Work closely with the Commercial Director to provide daily administrative and operational support to help facilitate new business opportunities.

  • Sales Coordination: Help support renewal contracts and sales initiatives across the wider Nielsen team, ensuring smooth communication between internal business units.

  • Client Presentations: Assist in creating and formatting clear, concise, and compelling proposals, solutions, and presentations for internal and external clients.

  • Product Knowledge: Eagerly develop a solid working understanding of Nielsen Sports’ solutions and wider Nielsen products to better assist the team with client insights.

Qualifications

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with an analytical or numerical background (Economics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or Market Research). Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!

  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, internships, or corporate coordination environment.

  • Industry Passion: A strong, genuine interest in the business of sports, media, events, and entertainment. (Previous industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory!)

  • Technical Savvy: Comfort learning and using data systems and software. (Previous exposure to Salesforce is a bonus, but full training will be provided).

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities. You have an eye for detail and thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment.

  • Work Style: A collaborative team player with a strong willingness to learn, ask questions, and support the commercial division's daily goals.
