Sponsorship & Partnerships Analyst Marsh | Dublin (Hybrid)
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing & Communication’s Brand Sponsorship team at Marsh. This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Sponsorship Analyst, you will help manage and measure the success of Marsh's sponsorships and partnership initiatives, with a particular focus on our Formula 1 partnership. You will work closely with marketing and commercial teams to monitor pipeline activity, support event activations, and provide insights that help optimise partnership performance. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys turning data and collaboration into action.
This opportunity comes at an especially exciting time for Marsh, following our recent brand evolution, which has helped create new momentum for high-profile sponsorship opportunities such as Formula 1. As we continue to build awareness, deepen relationships, and bring our brand to life in new ways, this role will play an important part in helping us maximise the impact of these partnerships.
We will count on you to:Manage and track the performance of sponsorships and partnerships, with a strong focus on Formula 1 initiatives.
Monitor and update revenue pipeline activity and leads within our client relationship management platform, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports that visualise sponsorship performance, pipeline status, and key success metrics.
Ensure partnership-related business activities are properly tagged, categorised, and managed within internal systems.
Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to support sponsorship planning, evaluate effectiveness, and identify growth opportunities.
Support event-by-event activation planning and tracking, including client and partner playbooks, stakeholder intelligence, and whitespace analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights through dashboards, performance analysis, and clear reporting
Relevant experience in sponsorships, marketing, communications, sales support, or a related analytical role.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Office Suite, and data tracking or reporting tools.
Experience supporting high-profile sponsorships, partnerships, or event activations, especially in sports or global brand environments.
A master's degree or additional expertise in partnership marketing, communications, or commercial analysis.
