As a Customer Success Engineer in Turkey, you will help major enterprises build resilient digital infrastructures by guiding them through their platform journey. In this highly visible role, you will drive product adoption and reduce critical issues by leading environment health recommendations and executing strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

- Deliver comprehensive customer onboarding programs to ensure successful and rapid platform adoption.
- Lead environment health assessments and provide actionable recommendations to optimize customer deployments.
- Manage and resolve critical customer escalations efficiently to minimize downtime and restore normal operations.
- Facilitate internal advocacy by collaborating across Sales, Product Management, and Customer Experience (CX) teams to align on customer needs.
- Execute QBRs with executive leadership to demonstrate platform value and align on future goals.
- Drive continuous customer adoption rates and maintain high customer satisfaction scores to foster long-term retention.
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager (TAM), Customer Success, or Systems Engineering role.
- Experience managing and resolving critical technical customer escalations.
- Experience using project management methodologies.
- Experience delivering technical presentations and demos to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English and Turkish languages (written and verbal).
- Active Splunk Architect Certification.
- Hands-on experience working with IT operations, cloud environments, and digital infrastructure.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both individual contributors and senior executive leaders.
- Experience building collaborative relationships with diverse enterprise customers.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs.
