Join a healthcare technology company that alleviates pain, restores health, and extends life for more than two people every second.Maintain and develop knowledge with customers in the defined area (Wojewodztwa: Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Pomorskie, Zachodniopomorskie i Wielkopolskie by providing excellent clinical/technical support and education, to ensure safety of the patient, smooth therapy introduction and improving capital equipment experience.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Actively promote and educate HCPs in areas of therapy-specific implantable devices to operating room teams (physicians, technicians and nurses).
- Provide clinical and technical support for spine procedures while partnering closely with sales representatives and hospital operating room teams to ensure successful therapy adoption.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations, training and workshops to ensure confident system usage by operating room teams (physicians, technicians and nurses).
- Work closely with surgeons, operating room staff and internal sales teams to ensure efficient procedural workflow.
- Manage and track Consignments and Loaner inventory.
- Reports immediately and accurately all customer or product related events (e.g., customer feedback, product and legal issues and risks etc), including conduction of Field Actions.
- Continuously building knowledge of therapies and market updates in spine therapies
- Conducts technical and clinical trainings for Internal Teams – Spine, Capital, Service Support for marketing and sales activities (new product release, workshops, demo’s and LAB)
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant, advanced degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in the medical device industry or within a hospital operation room environment
- Proven ability to operate in a Operating Room environment and collaborate with sales representatives, physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects and responsibilities while contributing effectively to a broader team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) across all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to travel extensively and provide on-site support during surgical procedures.
- Fluency in English and Polish
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid and clean drivers’ license
Nursing experience or nursing/physician assistant with spine implants and knowledge of surgical therapies related to the spine as well as knowledge of the competitive marketplace are well received.
