The role partners with legal, privacy, information security, compliance, data governance, technology, and global business stakeholders while monitoring emerging regulations and preparing governance reports and metrics.

Develop and maintain embedded firmware for medical devices using C and C++ in Linux-based environments. Responsibilities include software architecture, hardware-software integration, device interfaces, secure boot, over-the-air updates, diagnostics, verification, documentation, and lifecycle maintenance. The engineer collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams, supports regulated product development, debugs hardware and software, and mentors junior engineers.

Principal Reliability Engineer responsible for improving product and manufacturing-process reliability across machining, finishing, and assembly. Conducts reliability studies, design of experiments, risk analyses, PFMEA, statistical process control, drawing and inspection reviews, gauge design, supplier quality reviews, and corrective action assessments. Develops inspection procedures, analyzes process data, supports environmental testing, resolves production issues, and mentors engineers and suppliers. Requires an engineering degree, substantial reliability experience, advanced English, and travel availability.

Develops precision measurement, dynamic signal analysis, and automated test software for PCB- and device-level medical device testing. The role is onsite four days weekly in Lafayette, Colorado, or Fort Worth, Texas, with one remote day.

Supports sustaining engineering for commercially released medical device products in high-volume manufacturing. Investigates production and product-performance issues, analyzes manufacturing data, supports testing and validation, evaluates customer returns, performs root-cause analysis, and recommends corrective actions. Partners with suppliers and cross-functional teams on component investigations, engineering changes, product transfers, lifecycle management, and minor design or process modifications. Documents work according to quality-system requirements in an onsite environment.

Leads sales and adoption of Medtronic’s coronary portfolio and CathWorks technologies across the Seattle territory. Provides clinical and technical support during cath lab procedures, educates physicians and staff, develops territory and account strategies, manages hospital relationships, supports pricing and contracting, and achieves sales targets. The role is remote but requires residence in the territory, a valid driver’s license, regular driving between accounts, and up to 50% overnight travel.

Leads architecture, technical strategy, solution design, and engineering for enterprise Customer Identity and Access Management platforms supporting external users. Defines architecture standards, translates business requirements into secure and scalable solutions, evaluates identity technologies, and ensures security, availability, performance, monitoring, logging, documentation, and operational readiness. Partners with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers while driving continuous improvement and future-state identity architecture.

Provides technical leadership for laser-based manufacturing processes and equipment in a regulated medical device environment. Leads process development, validation, qualification, optimization, technology transfer, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Uses SPC and DOE to improve capability, quality, compliance, and cost. Collaborates with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain, while mentoring engineers and supporting laser technology implementation, equipment performance, and corrective actions.

Provides legal and compliance guidance on global import and customs matters, including country of origin, valuation, tariff classification, trade remedies, free trade agreements, and customs programs. Advises business, supply chain, and legal teams on regulatory changes, investigations, audits, protests, disclosures, litigation, due diligence, and risk mitigation. Develops compliance standards and employee training while serving as the import legal and compliance subject matter expert across a global, matrixed organization.

Facilitate automation validation activities supporting the Flex IC launch and production ramp at Medtronic’s Athlone site. The role involves manufacturing engineering work within a medical technology environment and supports validated automated manufacturing processes. This is a 23-month contract position.
