Summary:
In this role, you will build strategic plans to address provider’s needs and design solutions to drive revenue and value across a regional territory that spans Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. You will manage the relationships of small to medium size hospital accounts including custom financial relationships and the day-to-day operations of the partnership.
Responsibilities:
Deploy comprehensive analytics to drive recommendations and decision making.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior executives.
Interact and collaborate with suppliers ensuring contract sales growth.
Coordinate effective relationships with provider contacts, proactively balancing relationships between the supplier and provider.
Identify, prioritize and implement high value projects to deliver strong customer service.
Requirements:
Relevant degree preferred. Master’s degree desired.
7 or more years of relevant account management/sales experience in a hospital/health care setting required.
Proficiency with Customer Relations Management (CRM) required. (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience working with health care executive levels with the ability to influence decisions at both the C-suite and department head levels.
Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate meetings and present information to executive management.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and results-oriented environment.
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
Candidate should reside in MO or IL.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
