If you have:
- Three (3) years minimum administrative/clerical experience required
- Experience in a Purchasing environment is preferable
- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
- Intermediate level or above Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
A typical day may look like this:
- Pricing Services Support
- Engage with suppliers to:
- Obtain and Validate Price Files
- Obtain Return Policies, Terms and Conditions
- Price Adjustment Notification Maintenance
- Maintain and Update Databases
- Engage with suppliers to:
- Communication Maintenance of Department Inboxes
- Prepare Reports as required
- Other duties as required
- 80% - 90% Sitting
