UPM Raflatac Mexico is looking for a Specialist, Supply Chain (level II) to join our team in Rosarito.

What you will do

  • Daily Import/Export Operations ( Definitive, Temporary)

  • Logistics Management with transport Companies

  • Generate monthly foreign trade tax report and all related obligations to the program

  • Management of Virtual operations

  • Management of regime changes/regularizations

  • Inventory control and reconciliation

  • Management of goods transfer certificate

Who you are

  • University degree with a relevant major or equivalent experience.

  • Good collaboration and communication skills.

  • Proactivity and leadership to develop projects and coordinate developments

  • Fluent in English.

  • Possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Business understanding and knowledge as well as problem solving skills.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Effective Communication - With internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
