The Role:
This position is responsible to manage day to day customer service activities with Sales team. This role serves as the key interface to ensure that customer demands, orders, complaints and special handling activities are processed timely, accurately and efficiently.
In this role you will:
This position acts as the customer interface for demand/order management and complaints. The position supports the business by providing best services, meeting customer requests and customer satisfaction. The incumbent aligns with the direction and vision of each strategic business unit as well as providing customer-level custom service to be the leading and most responsive supplier to our customers.

1. High proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.
2. Good communication skill in English, both written and verbal.
3. Experience working in a global organization.
4. Be process-oriented and results-driven.
5. Should enjoy a challenging and fast paced environment.
6. Ability to work well on cross-functional teams. Must be a good team player with proven skills in collaboration.
7. Must be able to work on multiple projects in parallel as needed.
8. Must have the proven ability to effectively deal with ambiguity, identify gaps, and implement innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency.
9. Prior Supply Chain knowledge is a plus.
