The Role:
Provide end-to-end sales operations support and cross-functional coordination
Manage sales reporting, analysis, and forecasting tools
Support pricing processes, contract management, and commercial activities
Support customer and sales channel operations
Transform raw sales data into accurate, actionable insights that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
Strong communication and influencing skills with all levels of the organization
Drive operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives
Obtain customer insight through daily communication and analyze the demand/supply through sales forecast and customer usage
Maintain daily achievements by communicating key information, coordinating actions, obtaining expert opinions, reviewing open issues and action items, and contributing information across departments
Complete the assigned tasks and response proactively
In this role you will:
Manage and process sales-related requests through internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate execution
Prepare, maintain, and analyze sales reports (e.g., revenue, backlog, forecast) to support business decision-making
Identify data discrepancies or operational issues and proactively drive resolution
Assist in organizing sales meetings, training sessions, and internal/external events

Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of sales support or operations experience (semiconductor preferred)
Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with SAP/BI tools preferred
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and problem-solving ability

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
