Position SummaryKey Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Conduct HR interviews and candidate assessments.
Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing
- Create sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Support niche and specialized hiring requirements.
Candidate Management
- Maintain regular communication with candidates during the hiring process.
- Provide candidate summaries and updates to hiring managers.
- Support candidates during the offer and salary negotiation process.
Recruitment Operations
- Create requisition IDs and map them to open positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in Workday or ATS.
- Maintain recruitment reports and master data.
- Support vendor coordination, referral programs, and assessment tools.
