Job Description:

Our Quality Assurance team partners across suppliers, factories, Regulatory Compliance, Sourcing, and Technical Design to protect product integrity from development through bulk production. This Senior Specialist has strong ownership of garments supplier quality and field auditing within the APAC vendor base. The role is expected to operate independently, influence vendor partners, and serve as an on-the-ground QA representative during regular to heavy factory engagement.

What Will You Be Doing?

Quality Assurance Ownership

  • Own quality assurance activities for all product categories, suppliers, factories across the development and production lifecycle.
  • Serve as a senior QA subject matter expert for assigned programs, providing technical guidance and recommendations to cross-functional partners and vendor teams.
  • Proactively identify product quality, testing, manufacturing, labeling, and compliance risks; recommend preventative actions and escalation paths when needed.
  • Partner with Global Home Office teams, Sourcing, Technical Design, Regulatory Compliance, and vendors to support quality decisions and timely issue resolution.

Factory Quality Management & Field Auditing

  • Conduct regular factory visits and on-site audits to evaluate manufacturing processes, production controls, workmanship standards, inspection procedures, testing practices, and adherence to A&F quality expectations.
  • Act as the primary QA field representative within region, building effective relationships with vendor leadership, production teams, and factory quality teams.
  • Assess factory quality systems, production readiness, material controls, corrective action processes, and potential risk areas before and during bulk production.
  • Lead root cause investigations for significant quality, production, or workmanship issues identified through audits, test results, inspections, or partner escalations.
  • Drive corrective action plans with factories and vendors, including follow-up audits and verification activity to confirm sustainable resolution.
  • Document audit findings, production observations, quality risks, supplier commitments, and recommended next steps in clear, actionable reports for QA leadership and business partners.
  • Travel regularly across the APAC region to support factory audits, supplier capability reviews, production issue investigations, quality improvement initiatives, and vendor development.

Supplier Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Own day-to-day supplier quality follow-up for assigned vendors, factories, or programs; drive accountability through clear communication, follow-up, and documentation.
  • Support supplier scorecard inputs and quality reporting by tracking audit findings, testing failures, corrective actions, remediation progress, and recurring quality concerns.
  • Analyze quality metrics, audit outcomes and production observations to identify supplier performance opportunities.
  • Partner with QA leadership to recommend supplier training, process improvements, audit priorities, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Contribute to the development of QA tools, reporting processes, training materials, and best practices that improve consistency across the Hong Kong QA function.

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Production, Product Development, Sourcing, or a related field required.
  • 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, Product Compliance, Manufacturing, Sourcing, or Product Integrity.
  • Experience working directly with international factories, suppliers, vendors; Asia/APAC vendor experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting factory audits, production assessments, supplier evaluations, quality investigations, or corrective action verification activities.
  • Strong technical understanding of garment manufacturing, workmanship standards, product testing, and quality systems.
  • Ability to influence vendor partners and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority, using technical expertise, data, and sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Curious, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable operating with a high degree of independence.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly
