As a member of the Promotions Data Management Team, the Specialist will be responsible for and maintain the integrity of our databases that provide the foundation for our products; most currently this work is focused on our Client's Offer Master Files where the Specialist enters and edits offers and performs exception management.
The Specialist performs validation of client barcodes prior to issuance to ensure the accuracy of the data, manages rebate claims validation as well as any follow-up research necessary and provides specialized transaction settlement support by performing duties of a routine and recurring nature. This role requires effective client communication as well as effective internal communications (both written and verbal).

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required

1-3 years related work experience or college degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position required
