Specialist, Product Development, Digital Payments & Tokenization
Job Overview:
Mastercard Digital Enablement Service (MDES) is seeking a Specialist, Product Development to support the Token Lifecycle Management portfolio. This role will contribute to the development and delivery of capabilities that improve token performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency across the global digital payments ecosystem.
The role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Regional Teams, and external partners across global markets to identify opportunities, analyze data, support product initiatives, and help drive successful delivery of new capabilities. The successful candidate will be curious, analytical, comfortable working with data, and interested in building expertise in digital payments and product development.
Role • Support development and execution of Token Lifecycle Management initiatives• Analyze product, operational, and customer data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities• Assist with business requirements, user stories, process flows, and product documentation• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams to support delivery of new capabilities• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to support product decisions• Monitor product performance and contribute recommendations for improvements• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders• Support ongoing product development activities across the Token Lifecycle Management portfolio
Education:• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Business, or equivalent work experience
All About You • Relevant work experience, preferably within Financial Services, Payments, Technology, or FinTech• Experience in product management, product development, business analysis, data analytics, or project management is desirable
Skills/ Abilities:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data using analytical tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, BI platforms, SQL, or similar technologies• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Good organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, products, and business domains• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
