Group Summary:Für unsere lokalen und internationalen Einkaufsprojekte suchen wir eine strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Systemaffinität. In dieser Rolle koordinierst du die projektspezifische Systemnutzung, stellst transparente Reports sicher und unterstützt die Projektleitung bei der effizienten Umsetzung ihrer Projekte und Applikationsthemen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Tracking und Monitoring des Projektfortschritts sowie standardisierte Erstellung, Aufbereitung und Vorstellung von Reports zum aktuellen Projektstatus
- Erfassung, Konsolidierung und Strukturierung von projektspezifischen Anforderungen sowie Einsteuerung von Change Requests an das Application Management
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessabläufen durch hohes Systemverständnis und Affinität zu Lieferantenmanagementsystemen
- Aktualisierung und Pflege von Projektdaten in der spezifischen Projekt-Software in Abstimmung mit Projektleitung Einkauf
- Schulung der Einkaufsmitarbeitenden hinsichtlich projektspezifischer Systemnutzung
Wonach wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (LAP, HAK- oder HTL-Matura)
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Projektmanagement, Prozessabläufe und systemgestützte Arbeitsweisen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit MS Excel
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im internationalen Umfeld
- Durchsetzungsstärke, analytisches Denken und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Schnittstellenfunktion in Projekten sowie in der Bedienung von Applikationen
- Ausgeprägte Affinität zu Lieferantenmanagementsystemen und digitalen Prozessen
- Geringe Reisebereitschaft

Dein Profil zählt!
Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 3.397,-- und € 3.803,-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.).

Skills Required
- Completed commercial or technical education, such as vocational training, HAK qualification, or HTL qualification
- Strong understanding of project management, process workflows, and system-supported work methods
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Business-fluent English skills
- Very strong communication skills in an international environment
- Assertiveness, analytical thinking, and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Relevant professional experience in a project interface role and application operation
- Strong affinity for supplier management systems and digital processes
- Willingness to travel
