- Conduct orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, arthroscopy, and trauma surgeries.
- Monitor and manage post-operative care and rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in orthopedic practices and technologies.
- Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery processes.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to the development of best practices in orthopedic care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Skills Required
- Board certification in orthopedic surgery
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- DOH license
- Clinical knowledge of orthopedic pathologies and trauma affecting spinal and limb bones and joints
- Experience treating orthopedic conditions through surgical and nonsurgical methods
- Current knowledge and competence in orthopedic techniques
