We are seeking a Specialist to support the Healthcare Management function. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing requests from the Europe onshore team, while also supporting the preparation and maintenance of various insurance statistics documents. This role requires a strong understanding of life, health, and disability, along with adherence to client-specific policies and procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. The position demands a high level of accuracy, consistent service delivery, and a strong commitment to meeting established standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining SLAs and coordinating with the onshore team as needed to secure support and resolve requests and queries.

We will count on you to:

• Strong knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, and disability domains
• Responsible for processing and managing requests from the Europe onshore team, while supporting various insurance statistics documents
• Review insurance documents in French and English using internal AI-enabled tools
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and, when required, the onshore team to resolve queries, clarify information, and obtain additional documentation
• Handle insurance-related requests and onshore queries related to managed cases and policies, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of all policies and rules, and support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
• Assist in training team members and updating process documentation to promote knowledge sharing and process consistency
• Support self-development through cross-training, process training, soft skills development, and other learning initiatives
• Contribute to projects, quality initiatives, and process improvement efforts

What you need to have: 

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• 3+ years of experience in insurance or healthcare operations
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience collaborating with onshore teams
• Experience handling email-based queries, with knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, and disability domains

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably with a background in Mathematics
• Knowledge of French language is preferred but not mandatory.
