At LJI, our Marketing and Communications leaders shape how our brand is experienced across geographies. The team drives strategy, storytelling, and engagement to ensure LJI is recognized as the pioneer in loyalty technology innovation, delivering exceptional customer experiences through GRAVTY®.
As a Specialist-Marketing and Communications, you will own the full cycle of product marketing activities—from strategic positioning and go-to-market strategy to enablement, adoption, and ongoing growth. You will be the chief evangelist for GRAVTY® ’s value proposition, driving business impact across prospects and existing customers worldwide. About the Role:
- Lead LJI’s marketing and communications programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Create, refine, and communicate product value proposition, messaging, and positioning for GRAVTY® in target industries and segments.
- Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new features and
market launches. - Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to
drive product adoption, retention, and expansion. - Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to inform positioning, pricing, and sales enablement.
- Develop high-impact marketing collateral—white papers, presentations, case studies, customer stories, and sales tools to support pipeline growth.
- Design and deliver compelling sales pitches and demo scripts for field teams.
- Support RFP responses and proposal development with product marketing insights.
- Champion GRAVTY®’s thought leadership through webinars, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Champion employer branding programs that showcase LJI’s technical and Loyalty excellence, and work culture to attract and retain top talent
About You :
We are seeking a proactive, dynamic and results-driven individual who comes with
- An MBA (Marketing) from a premier B-school, complemented by a CS/IT engineering background, would be an added advantage.
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communications skills—both
written and verbal. - Strong analytical and market research abilities.
- Proven ability to own both strategy and execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, entrepreneurial team and manage multiple priorities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Passion for innovating customer-centric solutions.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, content development, and campaign execution will be a PLUS.
