We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of regional marketing strategies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In this role, you will help transform consumer and market insights into actionable growth opportunities while collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, Innovation and Communication teams.
You will contribute to building stronger customer relationships through engaging marketing content, compelling category insights and impactful activation plans. Where You’ll Make a Difference- Support the development of strong business, portfolio and market understanding, providing relevant insights and recommendations that influence business decisions.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and identify growth opportunities through compelling value propositions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of annual growth plans.
- Translate industry insights, market trends and business strategies into actionable marketing initiatives and tactics.
- Support the implementation of regional marketing plans and regularly monitor and communicate progress against objectives.
- Contribute to marketing communications and event management activities, including exhibitions, conferences, customer events and communication planning.
- Activate the IFF brand across the customer journey to create differentiation and deliver value in inspiring and impactful ways.
- Develop engaging marketing materials, presentations and customer-facing content that support commercial growth.
- Deliver category and market insights that help customers identify new opportunities and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, category management, business development, or a related commercial function.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into recommendations and actions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food and beverages, consumer trends and market innovation.
- Strong curiosity about markets, customers and emerging industry developments.
- Ability to transform insights into compelling marketing stories and customer presentations.
