- Manage the ServiceNow ticket queue for the APJ region
- Process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and benefits administration, ensuring a smooth and proficient experience.
- Proactively identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing processes to decrease ticket volume
- Assist with the documentation and efficiency of core HR operations processes through knowledge articles and internal playbooks
- Serve as a key leader and trusted partner with various cross-functional teams to execute programs and policies at scale
- Navigate and manage employee inquiries and ensure full resolution of problems while maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction through precision, timely, and employee-centric support
- Understand our broader HR strategy and processes to architect, develop and implement scalable, flexible solutions that are extensible to our business needs
- Manage the bi-weekly New Hire Welcome call
- Familiar with foundational HR concepts and able to educate and be a point of contact for employees and other internal stakeholders
- Highly inspiring, enthusiastic, and skilled team member who can influence the team to provide the highest level of customer service through teaching and sharing feedback
