Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete AR process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Prepare and validate commission calculations with precision.
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, record financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and key reports.
- Develop forecasts and budgets and analyze variances.
- Review and interpret customer agreements to ensure financial terms and obligations are properly understood and accounted for.
Required Skills:
- Strong Understanding of General Accounting Principles.
- Skilled in Excel and Flexible Using Various Accounting Softwares like Tally, Zoho & Xero.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CA Inter (or equivalent)/ CA
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations
