Specialist in Fees and Billing team is responsible to set up and maintain the explicitly billed and debited plan or participant fees, onetime fees, and ongoing fee/billing rules- Completes processing steps as documented within standard operating procedures
- Research issues identified using the EASY system, working with case managers, relationship managers and others as needed
- This includes making recommendations for corrective actions to resolve issues identified
- Participates in adhoc projects within team as needed
- Escalate all issues promptly and effectively to supervisor
- Delivering superior results quickly and efficiently, utilizing effective time management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is a must
- 1 to 4 years of total experience in any financial related services preferred
- Knowledge of Fees & Billing, Invoices, Accounts receivables, Payables, Fund Operations and Revenues preferred
- Detail oriented and able to work on research-oriented tasks within prescribed deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft excel is preferred
- Basic understanding of 401K will be added advantage
- Strong analytical/problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
