As an Specialist, Enterprise Process you will transform process design into measurable business outcomes by identifying, optimizing, and standardizing end-to-end business processes across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, Process Architects, Platform Owners, the Data Office, and technical teams, you will ensure processes are automation-ready, data-driven, and aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.

What a day in the life looks like:
  • Lead process discovery sessions and map current and future-state workflows using BPMN, defining SLAs, KPIs, control points, and standardized process designs.

  • Analyze process mining data, operational metrics, and business feedback to identify bottlenecks, waste, rework, and automation opportunities while building quantified business cases.

  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to document requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure processes support enterprise architecture standards.

  • Embed governance, compliance, approval workflows, Segregation of Duties (SoD), ITGC controls, and audit requirements into process designs.

  • Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test scenarios, acceptance criteria, validation, and post-release hypercare support.

  • Track and report process performance improvements, including cycle-time reduction, straight-through processing (STP), quality improvements, cost savings, and business benefits realization.

  • Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, job aids, runbooks, and knowledge documentation while collaborating with Platform Owners, Integration, Security, Compliance, and Change Management teams.

This is a remote-based role within Spain. Working pattern is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

What you bring to the team:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in process improvement, business process management, enterprise transformation, or similar roles within complex global environments utilizing ERP, CRM, HCM, Finance, Automation, and AI platforms.

  • Strong process modeling expertise using BPMN (or equivalent) and hands-on experience with process mining, diagnostics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable process solutions and working closely with technical teams to support automation and digital transformation.

  • Solid understanding of governance frameworks, SoD, ITGC controls, audit requirements, UAT methodologies, rollout activities, and benefits realization practices.

  • Familiarity with integration concepts, APIs, event-driven architectures, iPaaS solutions, data governance principles, and process automation technologies.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Power BI. Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, Prosci/ADKAR, or SQL knowledge is considered a plus.
