Quality Engineer responsible for designing and maintaining test plans, regression suites, automation frameworks, and end-to-end tests for a multi-tenant warehouse management platform. The role validates APIs, database behavior, warehouse workflows, module interdependencies, and tenant isolation. Responsibilities include risk-based testing, defect investigation, root cause analysis, test documentation, process improvement, and collaboration with developers, product managers, support teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Manage and support Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL databases across VMs and cloud (AWS, OCI, Azure). Ensure backups, performance tuning, patching, large-database (>15 TB) operations, monitoring, dashboards, data loading/unloading, SOPs, and project support. Build regional plans, execute demand generation across digital channels and events, manage agencies, adapt global programs, support account-based marketing and sales enablement, and optimize performance using funnel, ROI, and pipeline metrics.

Diagnose and resolve production issues across applications, databases, integrations, performance, operating systems, and infrastructure in WMS and logistics environments. Write and tune SQL queries, troubleshoot APIs and file transfers, manage customer cases, document root causes, escalate complex incidents, mentor junior analysts, maintain knowledge resources, and participate in on-call rotations.

Design, build, test, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs for enterprise order management and supply chain products. Implement features, troubleshoot production issues, follow CI/CD and secure development practices, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with PM, QA, and DevOps to deliver scalable, reliable, configurable solutions.

Develop and implement supply chain systems, define requirements, document architecture, map client business processes, configure solutions, and provide technical leadership. The role requires database programming, relational modeling, mainstream programming languages, web services, and client consulting during software implementation projects. As a Principal Software Engineer, you'll provide user support for software solutions, ensure quality service delivery, analyze problems, and assist users through various channels.
